It's really no surprise that I slept in this morning and missed the Zumba class. I was absolutely exhausted after this week. So, after eating some egg beaters and "soysauge" (my fave!) for breakfast, I watched Michael Phelps, Natalie Coughlin, and my favorite swimmer, Aaron Peirsol swim at the Pan Pacs on TV, and I put on the old standby workout, Turbo Jam.
