It's 10:30pm, I was tired but not ready to sleep. I ate well today but let's face it ... I wasn't perfect. So, I decide I would do turbo jam again. I put on my workout clothes, get out the socks and my running shoes ... aaaand go on facebook. 20 minutes pass by, I look at my socks and shoes and refused to put them on. I just couldn't stand the thought of wearing socks! It's summer and I wanted to stay barefoot.
So, I made a deal with myself. No socks, no shoes ... YOGA!!

Don't let yoga for "chubby people" fool you, it's not for the faint at heart ... I've done some yoga and have done quite well but this is unlike any other! It has the basics - downward dog, triangle, child's pose, warrior one, two, is there three? Then he demands planks and pushups until your muscles are squealing in agony ... and that's just level one!
This DVD will definitely be making it into the rotation ... especially on those days where this California girl can't bear to wear socks
